Pre-University Checks And Guides

1. First Meeting

Students provide transcript/report cards and other necessary information to us and to have a meeting with various instructors to discuss their needs and wants in terms of what to improve.

2. Choosing a major and which schools

after signing a contract, we will plan and
conduct an aptitude test. This will be based on the student’s personality, interests and
hobbies, and academic situation. The result will allow for proper choices into which
schools will fit the student.

3. Creating a tailored plan

the instructor will work with the student to create a custom
plan with achievable and measurable goals. This will include in-class activities, out of
class activities, standardized tests and more.

4. Tracking and Executing

every month, we will follow up with either the student alone
and/or with the parents at least twice. This is to provide them with feedback on where the
student is at in terms of progression. We will also provide additional resources if
necessary as well as competitions, extra-curricular activities, additional summer/winter
break courses, practices and more if needed.

5. Summarize and Adjust

Every half year, we will review with students to see where they are at and provide any adjustment to either the plan or the goals so that the students can still achieve the desired results.

6. Preparation

at this stage, we will review with the students a number of variables to prepare their applications. We will explore their past, their academic and non-academic experiences, hobbies and interests and anything unique that can showcase who they are as an individual. This will allow them to see themselves frAJEWSSom another perspective and able to showcase what makes them special to the university.

7. University Application

We will provide key information and tips to the students based on their specific choice of school and major. Ensure that all application information is accurate and without error. Provide a letter of recommendation, as well as to ensure that the entire application process is smooth and without any problems.

8. Interview Training/Practice

To prepare for interviews (and sometimes online interviews), we will provide tips and guides on how to pass them. From manners and etiquette, English pronunciation, situational analysis and of course actual practice interviews.

9. Receiving the admission notice

When the admission letter arrives, we of course celebrate with the students and the parents. Additionally, we offer tips into the speciality and unique qualities each school has to offer. This will allow the students and parents to make the most appropriate choice.

10. Pre-University Checks and Guides

after accepting a specific schools offer, we will
give the student specific information related to their schools. Such as: admission considerations, information prior to attending, dorm rules, id cards, etc. We will also provide guidance into student visa if it is required.
